Cider Mill Part 3

Saturday we headed out for our annual cider mill trip with Jill & Aaron.  Jill's sister, Jodi, her husband, Clint, and their son, Cash, all came as well.  This year, we went to Westview Orchards.  They were absolutely packed!  We waited in line for a while and picked up some cider, doughnuts, flips (like pie calzones), apple pie bread, and a pumpkin roll. 

We all thoroughly enjoyed our cider and doughnuts and then went off to take Cash around the kids activities.  We visited the petting zoo, the slide, and the hay mountain.  Afterward, we picked some pumpkins and then called it a day.

After we got back to Jill & Aaron's, the boys went outside to cut down some trees while the girls made dinner.  After dinner, the boys lit a bonfire.  At some point during the fire, Clint wondered aloud what the lights were that kept passing overhead.  Aaron eventually decide that it was the lights from Erebus.  After a lot of begging, whining, and pouting, I convinced some of them to go to Erebus.  Jodi, Ryan, Aaron and I all headed down to Pontiac for the festivities.  While the line was CRAZY long, it went by pretty quickly.  It was a really good haunted house!!!  I can't wait for next weekend with Ashley and Eddie!!!
